How To Get The Most Out Of Magic Erasers:

The only downside to these eraser blocks is that they don’t last long. But that’s a testament to their cleaning power — their tiny pores get filled with all the gunk that’s hiding in small spaces.

To get more life out of your Magic Erasers, try this:
1. Cut each Magic Eraser into 4 equal-sized pieces (across the shortest width of the eraser, rather than lengthwise). This way, you get 4 times the amount of cleaning out of one Eraser!
2. Lightly mist it with water (by misting or using the kitchen sink sprayer), rather than saturating it with water — which causes it to shrivel up more.
3. Scrub lightly with the Magic Eraser, then wipe the area with a wet towel to prevent smearing the dirt/grime and remove any residue.
4. When it starts to get yucky (after cleaning a few different items), simply spray rinse it again to revive it a bit. Then squeeze the excess water out, and continue using it until it starts to shred.

Sorry it's been a minute since I have been on here. Been busy as usual!!!

So I tried the febreeze with the Downy, baking soda and water. Don't bother!!!
It smells great for a minute, then when you do to use it again it clogs up and you have
to flush out the sprayer!!! Frustrating!!!!

Then I bagged my shower heads in vinegar and left them for oh about 3 hours
or so and went back and lightly scrubbed them with a nail brush (an old one) it worked
like a charm!!!! Smelled up the bathroom but that's ok too!!! Our water is very hard here
so we get those pesky mineral deposits!!!!

Poodle Noodle Wreath

Ok this is my take on the Poodle Noodle Wreath. Easy to make. Tape it together with duct tape or shipping tape either one. I cut 2" strips of fabric, then instead of hot gluing them on I just took straight pins and pinned it on. Don't worry if it doesn't cover the back (no one will know but us). Then I glued my flip flops on and finished with the flowers. I did glue all these things on. It turned out really cute I think.Only took me about 30 mins. or so and cost of noodle, and flowers $4.00. The flip flops were $3.00 got them at Walmart. Dollar tree didn't have any cute ones left. It's a little heavy because of the flip flops but I like it alot!!!! I can unpin the fabric and reuse the noodle at a later date AND wear the flip flops!!!!!! So here are the pics.

Today I finished putting Lily's quilt together. Now to take it and get the rest of it done, my machine just would not do it very well. I think it turned out ok. I love the colors. Hope she will cherish it for years to come. I still have the one my Mother and Daddy did for me years ago. It is pretty shabby now, it was all done by hand!!!! But I have it in a bag and it's put up. Well here are the pics let me know what you think!

Smoking No More!!!!

 Yesterday marks 4 months since I quit smoking. It was the smartest thing I have ever done in my life. I feel better and can breath a whole lot better. If you don't smoke for gods sake never start. If you do smoke try to stop now before you are at your 40 year mark and can't stop so easy. its been a long 4 months but it is easier every day. Thanks to my family for all the support but you know what I GOT THIS!!!!!!!! I love you all for helping me and giving me the "want to".
